You have to be the registered owner of the vehicle for at least a year i've heard.

What this guy said, you have to be registered owner for a year.

And hell i'm only saying what the government critics have said, 300k cars and that's it. Hopefully they'll continue the offer, although in their current state i doubt it's the most important thing on their list.

how old are you? that sounds a little cheap for someone who would just have passed. Insurance companies rape you when you first start driving. Is that for 3rd party or fully comp?
i'm 23 and yep 3rd party

I guess there will have to be certain conditions attached otherwise everyone will be going and buying 10 yr old cars for £100 and using them to get 2k off their new Car.

Ask DarkXXX said, you have to have been the registered owner for atleast 1 year.

But who is going to sell a 10+ year old car for £100, if they can get £2000 for it? (Providing the person selling has had it over ayear)

Personally I see it as a stupid idea and I have no idea what its going to achieve, other the screwing the people over who have just recently sold a car for FA, and just wasting even more money that us tax payers are paying.
