We got many LOMCN'ers who like to go fishing?

I used to love it as a kid. My Grandad has always been a big fisherman, going out, catching a trout and bringing it home for my Nan to cook. He got me into fishing as a young kid, mainly when on holiday, fishing on the harbours.

I've not been fishing since I was about 14 though, and I'm tempted to start again as I remember just how much I enjoyed it.

So, what type of fishing do you do? I'll just be starting off in the small places like local ponds, canals ect.

i also used to go when i was about 7 till i was about 16 then kinda gave it up, i did abit in Florida on a holiday though but that's it, great sport would love to get back into too.

I love fishing, live right next to a pier so go off that a lot, also do a bit of course fishing for carp but mainly sea fishing these days. Went on a charter boat few months back for first time and was a wicked day was funny coz me bro and his misses both got sea sick haha.

No, lol. Not watched anything! I was just at home last night and had an urge to go fishing.
Going to have a look around tomorrow and maybe buy myself some tackle.

It's something that a lot of people will call boring, but to me theres no better way to just peacefully pass time.

I used to fish when I was younger, we went to fish with a little boat. Mmm fried fish... :P' Some years ago we owned a new boat, it's called "llaüt", which is a typical balearic boat (Like this). With this fishing is more... fishing? :P

i like watching Extreme Fishing with Robson Green, thats about as far as it goes in my adult life.... last fishing that i did personally was done off the mull of galloway in scotland in 1988 lol!!

I enjoy abit of fishing, mainly for carp these days, used to do abit of sea fishing however its a bore when u dont catch nothing lol.

I love fishing, Deep sea and wrecking are my main although do alot of beach casting nowadays. Do odd times pop down canal or lake for a few hours, not done competitive for awhile but will be doing soon as RAF nagging me to fish for them.

Yeh i chucked them back as too small, didn't need cut the line as didn't need to touch it using my tweasers :P but i had this big bird thing under the pier and the smaller fish i threw back it eat in 1 and kept bugging me for another 30 mins, every time i cast out it kept diving in going for me bait and lost another fish trying to reel it in before he got hold of it. Guess it made my fishing a bit more fun lol.
