Well, i am ordering a new one sometime this week...It looks like the same power unit as the one i have now.. :) Soooo, if i was to see what connects where, and try remember it or maybe even draw it down etc...Would it be possible for a novice like me to replace a power unit in my PC?? because i have NEVER in my life fited a power unit, motherboard or CPU. I have Put most other things in my pc though :P

I am asking because i have been reading about that a Power Unit is a very fragile thing, and it is VERY hard to fit to the computer....

Thanks.

basicly as zidio described. make sure your new power supply is the same wattage or greater than your old one

you cant really go wrong with a power supply. The cables will only fit in the place they are ment to go.

They are by no means fragile lol, took a drill to mine to make the ******* fit, didnt think before hadn do measure how much room i would need for PSU, minor adjustments with power tools ftw.
