Fix graphic lag

Ok now i test and i have solution for fix graphics lag.

For me and another friend works perfect .

i did this when i wanted to play on windowed mode

It is normal for a 16bit DirectDraw Game thats you need in Windows Mode 16bit Color Option.
Other Problemes with older Clients has wrong or bad calling params to the DirectDraw function,
here you can only cut the DDrwa.dll out from the Game Exe and use
a Warper DLL thas correct the wrong settings.
