[FIXED] Hallucination + Reincarnation

When casting Hallucination, tally's aren't auto equipped (so if you just poisoned something it wont work)

Reincarnation also needs a little look as the revive msg the person being ressed is getting atm its a little confusing

What are they getting?

the shout is "Player x is attempting to revive player y".

they are getting something along the lines of ...'you are dead' apparently

Hallucination now auto ammies and Res's new message is "Accept Revival".
