[FIXED IN 1.9.9.4] Arrow Barrage Problems?

I learnt Arrow Barrage on Wednesday night and was planning to level it on Thursday. For some reason it doesn't want to level at all. It seems to work okay, does damage but is still showing 0/2000.

I am level 43, so my level shouldn't be a problem.

Anyone any idea what the problem is.

Don't aim on an archer.

Don't aim at anything and it will level.

We well get around to fixing it at some point

Didn't know about this bug, seems BH has it covered though, we will look into fixing it shortly.
