Flags area a simple answer to a question, on/off or yes/no if you prefer.

Flags are used as markers, for instance as a new player you write a script to give a new player a starting kit.
When that kit is given the flag is set to off or yes then in future scripts you can check the status of this flag and write the script to act accordingly.

Another example would be to use a flag in a quest, goal met, turn flag on

Understand how powerful these little flags are now and how they can help with scripts?

I think he means the HL flags liek master student? not sure as otherwise its as simple as [001] to [999]

had made a script with flags of 700 +, and this script did not work. I think the limit is from [001] to [600]. You need to try to verify.

No Don't mean to ask for anything, It is just a list of what flags are already in use by quests and other uses in 3.55 working so people can use flags convieniently without needing to look up what flags are already used each time they want to use a flag thats all
