Flamedisruption and Frostcurse seems not related to luck

Hi, I just notice that High luck does not affect damage of FD and FC.
Maybe these two skills were coded in a different way?
I have not done statistic analysis.
I will do it later.
I am asking if you guys have the same feelings?

Luck effects both of these skills. I have tested all the damage skills with luck7 and they are all effected by it, except for TU it would seem.

I thought maybe it was just me but is this confirmed TU isn't effected by luck everyone always told me different.

I think Sam did say tu ain't effected by luck
