it's a HR server, people ARE meant to be high levels and high stats if you don't like the fact play a LR server where the highest lvl is lvl60....
i'm sure as the game goes along he'll add harder bosses into the game and there most probably will be rebirths cos lvling upto 100 without it sucks and then onwards would poor and would then turn into a LR.
quite frankly, making 500 levels a day is boring as ****. whats the point?

everyone has the same stupidly high stat kit, mobs are easier than hens and bosses are non-existent.
a good high rate server will make at most 50 levels a day max. RB's will be hard to get and can't be exploited by stupid GM's all using same exploitable integral NPC.
Imo, kit should be varied, not m-all and AC/MR + DC. There should be a choice. So a tao set, wizz set, warr set, ac/mr set. Otherwise there's no economy and no need to hunt for kit like you supposed to. As for rebriths, leave them out completely.
I know mapa will come tell me that P servers are suppsoed to be high rate + high stat, but quite frankly they ain't. It makes pvp pointless and takes SW wars completely out of the game.
Paine is right, people need something to do. Servers always start with a 'high' population of the SAME 10-20 people. After a week, the highest level stays and everyone else leaves cos there's nothing to do but try and keep up.
To Mirlin, before you do anything else, think about what me and Paine have said. I would recommend 'high rate' but certainly not to the extent of what you're thinking of.
