Flash Dash; Proc rate ninja nerfed?

Seriously this used to proc loads maybe a 1/3 rate. yesterday I went 20 mins without this procing once. I thought it may have been me but I've spoken to a fair few other sins who have said theirs isn't procing anywhere near as much... Has something changed?

There wasn't any whinging in this thread, I was merely asking. I main archer so it doesn't bother me too much if it was, it's just I end up red a lot on my archer as there are so many trash tier players that die in 2 hits, so when I'm red I need something else to play.
