Biggest use of the dash was to allow you to get away from mobs, can "dash" 1 step instead of flinching and walking, thus allowing you to more easily get away from mobs. However since swift feet allows you to instant run on here rather than a movement speed increase the "dash" part of this ability has essentially been taking over by swift feet.

saying ppl should be banned for having opposing views, or views that irritate you is just crass.
There is a big difference between people who reasonably present opposing views and those who obnoxiously respond in an opposing way with the intent of belittling or offending the person they are speaking too. People who chronically malign others will face consequences for verbal abuse. In this case banned seems like it would be a rather minor and even handed response.

Theres no difference at all, you either have censorship or you dont, and thats what this amounts to.. I dont like what you say or how you say it, ban you.

he does have a point though the dev team should have knowledge there! but sam made a fair point aswell! USA was crap so id forgive anybody for not knowing somthin from it :O
and being banned from the game for whats said on the forum? you sound like such a ****in carebear, if you dont like sombody grow some balls and pk em ingame or somthing, you must ****in spam admins with demands for people being banned!

FlashDash only allows one step if you face empty tile and it cannot be spammed (to make you move forward more than one step either by holding skill F key or pressing it repeatedly. I believe that's how it worked on usa mir and that's how it works on the server I started on currently (Eternal's mir2 forever server) although I cannot be sure about usa mir because I didn't use FD as SD simply because its very seldom I get into pvp.
If you face even the smallest mob like a bugbat and press the FD skill key (not clicking on it with your mouse), you swing your weapon once (which kills the bugbat of course) and you don't move forward as you would if the space in front of you was empty. That means you dont killl the bugbat like if you ShoulderDashed it because if that was how it worked, you would have pushed it away while killing it. As far as I know FD skill doesn't stun (like paralyzing it), just makes the mob to take on a greenish hue every once in few hits which is like poisoning it but it doesn't last long.
BTW this is pretty major skill for sins that they get quite early and if it won't be right, there is no reason to start playing the char.

You could hold down flashdash on usa and it would continue to dash forward. Didn't people hold it down while attacking with double slash aswell?
