I think when you call yourself Hakmed and impersonate a character from Team America as your online personality you are already risking instant bans in many places but he was allowed to continue and still racked up many warnings before being banned.

So I think he had his chances. Doesn't stop him playing Mir or playing nice to work on being unbanned.
