It's not a dedi right? It's a VPS.

cpanel? do you see windows or linux?

If it's a VPS, CPU will be a questionable one.

Price defo sounds like a VPS - Basicly if you get burstable ram that means its a dedicated server shared by 4 people all with Virtual OS`s.

Basicly these are crap for anything but webhosting and such. You couldnt run a stable mir server via VPS.
