Spria just scan your comp with norton anti virus and AVG and ad-ware is a pretty good program to download as it scans everything quite fast.

search for *spyware doctor* and download that m8. Maybe spyware thats messing your computer up.

Also i am guessing u can do things on yur computer coz u r psting atm etc. Send Sky the server files, or the accounts at least so they are not lost if you have to re format your computer.
