Experience Boosting Event!!

We will be holding a special event over the weekend where we are giving you special users a chance to gain some easy peasy experience, in the form of an Experience Boost!

Event Duration:
Starts- Saturday 1st May 3pm GMT
Ends- Monday 3rd May 11pm GMT

The Exp boosts will be different for each level range, in an attempt to close the gap a little from the high to low leveled players of the server.
The Exp boosts will be level based.. heres what level range will get what experience boost:

[Level 171-200] Exp Boost Available = 1300% Increased Experience Rate!
[Level 141-170] Exp Boost Available = 1600% Increased Experience Rate!
[Level 111-140] Exp Boost Available = 1900% Increased Experience Rate!
[Level 81-110] Exp Boost Available = 2200% Increased Experience Rate!
[Level 1-80] Exp Boost Available = 2500% Increased Experience Rate!

These boosts last for 30minutes, and can take 4 per day.

The reason the event has been done like this (4 bursts of high exp boosts) rather than a constant x2 experience lasting over the course of 3 days, is because this way everyone should be able to benefit, from the people that play 2hours a day, to the people that play 10hours a day!

We will also be holding another event soon after this, so keep an eye out!

Hmm... event wasn't the smartest of ideas tbh.
I'm a 90 wizz, bought a few items from TM but god knows where to get kit...?
This isn't just me though, seen a fair few level 90+'s running around in StarterKit. Now that the exp is back to normal, you need to acquire kit to be able to go levelling... I havn't a clue where I should be looking though.

You can't say that because you now have to look for kit that the event wasn't the smartest idea. You'd have to look for kit leveling slowly, now you don't have to worry about leveling as much and just look for kit. But maybe we need some sort of guide? or would that spoil it?

That's 1 way of looking at it. Though if you had leveled slowly from the beginning, I'm pretty sure you would of found kit as you went along. But, to level at a reasonable pace now means entering the higher level caves... which hurt me muchly due to lack of kit. :P

Luckily for me I'm in a guild and have people offer to help me make gold, which will enable me to buy items.

just means ur now at a high level and can go spend all ur time kit hunting now, rather than doing both slowly

u didnt have to take part in the event if u didnt want 2 :001_tt2:

a good way to get gold is to sell orbs.. as high levels want them for special ring refine now

indeed..... no idea why its been deleted or who done it, but just shows how the forums really is dieing... i mean theres barely any new posts as it is lately, i check the forums every couple days and still nothing new to look at.

oh well... and even if its deleted cause its in my advert thread, this is a general chat... ppl might not look at the server advert, as a seperate thread it stands out more

Yep and thats why your the runner of a 2.6 server thats been up 6months+ (?) with a user count well over 100 daily and bens just some random on lomcn.

I don't even know if the items can be donated for... but even if they can, you need to be level 180 to put them on...

You've not been playing long enough to see how things work. When DDD was bought out there was like one full mir set ingame? When he opened DDD he also opened Mir/Furious donations - instantly the server was flooded with furious kit and guess what? No furious at all had even dropped, and neither did any drop for like the first 2 weeks.

And levels not really relevant, he makes it easier and easier to level, and add to that exp x10 pots @ £20 each. By all means waste your time on the server if you have the money to throw away, lol.
