I have heard there is a cap on FPS on mir 2.3 anyone know how to lift this cap??? as atm max i am peaking at is like 130 ish

not sure if there is a cap or not but anyway having 130fps is even overwaisted tbh.. game gets fluid after 25-30fps.. why want more than 130?
