what is free isnt good....try and add a addblock and keep surfing safe and you will have no problems,read before what you instal whit caution ...dont press NEXT NEXT NEXT ..FINISH.

Bang on, most antivirus's can be fooled by encrypted virus's, avast and windows defender seems to be quite good for detecting them though.

You can use NOD32, and install with it a keyfinder, that automatically everyday checks for new user/pass to have it activated.. but im not allowed to give you dl's over here. sorry

Windows defender doesn't help too much , I installed my Windows 10 since 7 months ago , and I have relied on it till now , there is a few viruses I can't remember their types , but it doesn't discover it when I scan my pc , am thinking of kasper actually.
