They are CRT's :)

I bnought 105 Dell PC's (Old 233's) with Monitors, keyboard, and power leads for £1 each 18 months ago, I sold quite a few (for a nice profit :P) but I still have loads of monitors left that I don't want (oh and lots of PS2 keyboards).

If they all go to charity I would be even happier, I offered them to the local schools (the full PC's) but they were not interested because of the licences etc.

Well usually a profit is made when you sell something for more than you bought it for...

It costs for companies to dispose of old monitors, environmental charge I think so they are better off selling them for a nominal fee (not free because they have to show them in their accounts).

I bought (had a look round the company for unsold items after an auction had closed and cleaned up :)) them from a Company that was closing down (a large Electronics PCB manufacturer), I made a profit by selling them to the current company I am working for for £15 each - (25 of them sold). I gave some away for people kids to play on, and I have this lot left.

I cba to lug them all down to a charity shop, who will also find it hard to get rid of. If nobody wants them, I might stick them on ebay, 1p for all of them lol.
