Free Registery Clearner?

Im getting alot of errors of applications that are not even on my computer. Exe errors etc. and getting pop ups off this when starting up computer.

Every registery cleaner ive tried to download will only fix a few then have to sign up and pay to get rid off the lot. Even on download.com its the same. Anyone know off any free software to get rid off these please?

open task manager... see if IEXPLORE.EXE is running (right after startup, even when you don't have IE window)... if yes, you should boot to safe mode and scan your comp for adware

these are virus/adware... regular reg cleaner (like ccleaner) probably won't help much...

you might have to find out which adware it is and clean them manually (in safe mode)

if you really want to try software, ones I personally like hijackthis and pest patrol

reminder... always save/backup registry (should have an option in those programs)...

Don't forget Spybot, that will clean out a very large majority of the crap on your computer.
