from 1.4 to 1.9

Just search for it dude, plus Im pretty sure you cant just put the stuff from your 1.4 server to your 1.9 files.

You have to make the server and redo it all, just with the 1.9 files instead of 1.4.

When I changed to Ledu 1.9
with all my 1.4 stuff
the few hickups were
lost all the guilds
refine dont work but then u got crafting
and had to redo most of the npc scripts

and although redoin the npc scripts is time consuming, there were no major problems in the transfere, as all the rest including account db's (which was my main concern) and other db's transfered ok. For the gains you get in going to 1.9 I certainly recomend it

Well guilds, usually get lost....about the refine npc, check the npc in Envir folder there must be a bug or something...

i hear many ppl saying refine doesnt work on 1.9. why shouldnt it?
works fine for me tbh just change the sliders in the m2server or edit setup.txt

wouldn't it be easy to just make a 1.9 server than upgrade it, athena gm or locms upgraded hers but it did take a while, so is it not just easier to start from fresh and make 1.9 from start or do you have stuff you'd want to keep like char db. ect? sorry if you mentioned that :x lol

there was script error which I corrected, also in item db ore was blackore renamed it to blackironore then it worked ok for about a week but now every time refine used wep breaks.

edited:- sorted, new refine jewlery i made for refining high lvl items was too low stats, redone now ok
