Are you in love with that font? Becuase it sucks and it is to plain :S Looking at your current signature how can you go from making that to making the crap your showing me now?
I don't know what was in the needle hanging out your arm when you made this, but..What were you thinking with that border?

the actual effect/filter whatever you've done is as boring as hell there's no actual effect to it really just a blue with a few smudge things in the background.
why does the underside of the top border have a kind of lighter line?
I actually thought your work was improving..you just knocked yourself back a few knotches.
1/10, you need to think more carefully about your work, it seems like you just just whacked anything on anywhere for the hell of it

it had filters, brushs , dodge and burn tools used on it...
this is weird , ill have to check if i accidentally eddited it or somthing
on my work pc so i cant do it now.

Doesnt Really Look like frozen glass looks like light turqise colour and blue lol mate gd job though try 1/10
Why are you guys giving this such a knock back, he's already said it's not the finished one. He uploaded the wrong one, besides the only real problem with it is the grey boarder and the text. The rest of it is quite nice and genuinely better than the shoddy pieces of trash you idiots like to call signatures and you've definately given much worse pieces higher grades than this. You guys give the absolute worst artistic opinion i have seen on any forum. Seriously.

Actually Pierain my post was before his "oops I uploaded the wrong one"... and who needs an artistic opinion on 1-2 brush strokes and a border...?

It's not how you do something it's the final product. You've given loads higher ratings to trashier pieces of work.. plus my post wasn't primarily aimed at you, as I don't consider you as everybody. ROFL I rarely give ratings out of */10.. I mean it's ****ing rare when I do, So unless your grouping me with everyone else just like every other ****er in the world does... You can shut up. I'm not saying simplicity isn't good... But it's just a brush stroke someone else made with 1 effect on it... Now a blind downie could pull that off..
