Help GameShop Purchase

I've added an Item to the GameShop to just test if it works or not and when I buy the Item I receive the item into my Mail System file and it says thank you for your purchase fine but then I can't click on the Item or Click Collect (am i stupid and doing something wrong) or ....

You need to collect parcel, was added to the InnKeeper on test files.
