When I Pk with Depress , if him run and hit, I can not hit him.... Coz Depress said his internet speed is 12ms compare with mine 120ms ...

Yeah running constantly when slowed is not normal.

I ran into him in oma lair with no torch on a couple of weeks ago. Had a little scrap with him and he was definitely fishy auto running and hitting thin air for about 5 secs

Because most people don't wanna be the guy who calls cheat especially when they themselves are not considered very fast, they think they won't be taken seriously.

Just a quick note...

We do take all reports seriously... Our server logs masses of data and sometimes we do miss to occasional cheat report/suspecious player report so we do appreciate the reports... If our server hasn't reported an issue we follow the reported player around for 5-7 days during different periods of the day to monitor/observe their speed, if at the end of this period we don't see them cheating we will stop monitoring until the next time they are reported.

Please don't assume that we won't take it seriously etc, we do take every report into consideration.
