Ever since the hacking scandal I have been unable to access or login to my account, and am given the message "This account no longer exists". I have PM'd Samuel on multiple occasions and have had no response.

I understand you must be very busy at this time but the lack of communication is very disheartening. Can you please resolve this issue as fast as possible as I have invested a lot of time and effort into this game.

Not as much as Samuel or for as long. Did you read all the other info about using lower case only? and the one about using a very long password.
There was a message ingame about Sam working on the login gate and messages like this would happen and would stop once he finished. So try again later.
Am sureit will be sorted out soon. Wonder how much sleep Sam has had
