tad different with a tao.. you can lvl for free and it's easy to mak cash.. always has, just you have to take a back seat for top leveler on sever, mind if they keep lvl30+ spells rare on here, can see it being a tao server.. Afterall any tao can solo any boss, especially now where they even take away the problem of changing poison AND ammies lol.. can I ask has any tao actually struck a mob since they got sfb? And the beta testers didn't find this odd? lol

a tao should never strike a mob, if they strike as well as sfb then 3/10 times they are less on SFB due to hitting. iv manged to get a sin from level 15 - 25 and make 300k, as well as buy kit, pots are harder to keep as it might as well be called Sin Ale the way they drink it.

Don't up gold, this will ruin all, make items drop a little bit more often, but there is a quest for a level 5 weap so this will render a lot of the 35 weapons uselss once in game.

Never realised it was the same weapon, thought it was different due to tao an wiz ones also but that was just me makin assumptions.

Just like to clarify there are numerous people with over a mill , and tonnes of people with over 500k , gold drops from mobs will be increased 30% next reboot, although quests should probably be rewarding more gold than drops to make them more worthwhile.

Please keep in mind this is a low rate server with the intention of running for a long time, where not everything is handed to you on a silver platter like most servers.

This is not the issue, you need to up the pot/junk item drops...like ive told u many many times.

Drops are fine...

EDIT: This coming from someone who's best drop has been a Bene of a Ghoul so far, if you cannot be bothered to collect everything that drops then it's your own fault you're low on funds.
It doesn't take a genius to calculate which items hold more value considering it tell you the sale value when you highlight an item.

i do collect everything that drops on hunts, in a full hunt in pt (ts hunt) i got 2 items total and very few pots

I went to bug caves last night on my 24 sin and couldn't use the pots even when mass killing, almost every mob in there drops pots, when I finished I left with a full bag of items and more pots than I started with

They've just made it Multi-class, instead of Warrior Only.

Though in fairness no idea why they have done that, the point was Fate sword = Warr, RME Sword = Wiz/Tao.


But Meh.

FATE SWORD IS EPIC!! Used to use it all the time on Euro when mace got boring or for levelling.

Saying "theres already millionairs in game" to ppl who dont have money for pots to hunt makes them feel better how? or encourages them to keep playing how?

Removing a revenue stream for already hard up players is just crass.

I hear that the team are already arguing over petty changes like this, things dont bode well when the servers a few weeks old.

Not Everyone has hours to play, so when they log on they wanna lvl and hunt not spend it cashing for pots, i know a couple of ppl who quit coz of this very reason.

they lowered the crafting items value to try to stop the bots..

The problem here is people not having enough gold to hunt. Gold is relative, and the amount of gold in game can be fine, if there is easier access to potions / teleports to towns. I would suggest lowering the cost of small/medium potions by 20. 220>200 gold per pot will make a big difference to those who only have 40k maximum, often reaching zero. 10x more hunting time without hurting the gold situation later into the game. I would also reduce large potions by 15, XL by 10. so it scales better, but that's minor. Remove these stupidly high telestone costs? 10k to tele to your mate in mongchon and back to GI? why? nobody enjoys paying this. I would reduce all teleport costs by 50-75%. Reduce town teleport cost to 500 from 1000. I Think the main way to solve this however is to have repeatable quests that reward people with potions. Kill 30x woomas. 20x big rats, and 10 minotaurs. You will receive 40x medium MP + HP pots. 3 town teleports, and a random bundle. the mobs and rewards are an example, ignore them... it's just the concept to take away. These quests should give almost double the amount of reward a simple gold quest would.. for example if a quest of same difficulty gives 50kgold, you should get 90k of potions it keeps gold down, whilst giving people who are skint a lifeline. I cant format this at all, it's horrible. so sorry.

Have to agree with Todd, since the change I've been seriously hard struck for cash just teleporting around all over the place trying to do quests etc.

Really do disagree with this change considering those who abused mizu village are now wealthy and those who didn't are now screwed further.

There's far too much gold sink atm, especially with the TM rates. The people who are "millionaires" are the guilds with a hundred members to get them to farm gold for them lol. Your AVERAGE player is stuck for cash and it's making them leave, sadly.
