Google Crome Browser?

Anyone tried this? Installed it last night seems very fast and small.

Not tried it yet, think i'm going to wait a while until its been tested more and we know its a little more safe.

I have heard about a few of its features though which do sound good.

The one where if one tab stops responding then you can close it and carry on browser with all the other tabs open still, i think thats pretty amazing.

I wanna see what Microsoft will fight back with, some quite good competition in the browser market now, should encourage Firefox, Google and Microsoft to produce very good products.

Yeah it seems slow, but they always come out with some good features.

jus tried chrome, visited some of my regular pages and it decided to give me popups and download a trojan. so back to firefox i go.

microsoft have the same features in the IE8, plus a few extras, tbh im happy with IE 7 lol, i got IE 8 and its so slow, some of the new "features" they have packed in make it slower than what it should be. so its probs the same as IE, but maybe less features, or a bit more well programmed, Also if u get IE8 u have to get the Windows Defender download aswell

Most say over the last few months I have been using alot more of Linux which of course means I have not been able to use IE. FireFox is now my default brower on all my machines both Windows and Linux .

nah i like the fact google are doing lots. i cant stand using m$ apps. so i hope one day google actually bring out their own OS and we can have a m$ free world.

I'm not some Microsoft fan boy, but i don't think everything they've done is that bad lol.

Yeah im not fond of Internet Explorer, but the Operating system isn't too bad after the kinks are sorted out.

i like vista dont get me wrong. and love windows livecare. i just hate the fact they charge for every little thing.

for example you buy their os for sh1t loads of money, which comes with media player. only to find it doesnt actually play any media, and that you have to pay them more to get video codecs for it.

ude think charging £100+ for the os, it wld come with free virus software, and a media player which works.

Tried it, it's alright, doesn't seem to like .pdf's though.
