Got problem with lang packs

as im wanting to start translating via UltraEdit-32

i followd what milo said and and when i go into ultraedit its all, ASCII as i wanting to translate the chinese txt as i dont know nothing about ASCII.

Have you gone onto the advanced tab and installed the PRC lang pack as well. Which by the way, don't select PRC as your keyboard layout. Or you will find that if your account on ur machine is password protected you can't login.

sorry ive took so long to reply.
ive deleted the PRC keyboard, and changed it to the UK, and yes i have it is installed.
any other options?
