Graphic errors

Well, I have tried this on two machines:

*Machine OK
-Sending mail

-Map Auto-Run

*Machine Fails
-Sending Mail

-Map Auto-Run

Any idea of why a machine doesn't show these graphics?
((Notice the dirty dots that appear on the window!))

maybe just need to change the shapes and looks in the item db?

No! I'm talking about this gray rectangle that appears in the mail box, that in a computer I can see correctly, but in another, this appears as a dirty dots on the screen. (Same in walking path in minimap)
