Well, considering you mentionned DDR333 ram earlier, you're probably using AGP.
In this case, i'd recommend an nVidia 6800 series if you want high-ish end, and a ATI Radeon X800GTO for mid-range.
The GTO thoroughly rapes the 6600GT, and they're cheaper
