Your still kidding right? unless you mean the 9800GTX+, and even still, the HD 4850 is slightly better (and cheaper)

and zen, the 256mb 8800GT is much faster than the 9500GT, and they are pretty much the same price.

graphic cards work with any computer right?

so its not like RAM where you have to get a specific one for your computers model

btw i know about PCI and the other one

As long as you have the required PCI-E or PCI/AGP slot then yes, judging your PSU has the 4/6 pin connector if needed.
