Was wondering if anybody knew any good seo tools for making my seo experience alot easier with my new company, without paying someone monthly and ruining me before i even get started.

No, but I have some advice.

Forget SEO now, it's pointless.

If you're serious about getting people to your website, start paying Google.

Search engines aren't fools, displaying native results to people doesn't make them any money, advertised links do.

This is why Google never reveal their indexing algorithms, they won't tell you what to put on your site for it to rank higher. People just speculate, they get it right sometimes, but then Google just changes it again.

Why would they give people a free ride when it makes them no money?

All search engines are the same, I would advise organic SEO to an extent, but a well maintained website will naturally do it.

right okay when you say pay google are we talking adwords? and if so what would you say is a good fee to set and invest in advertising with google to start up, if the market is large.

Probably better with sponsored links to start off.

It all depends on the keywords you are aiming for. Company I work for spends 10's of millions a year on pay per click (PPC), and we aren't always top.

Best thing to do is research, Google is quite good at providing feedback on this sort of things. Set up an account, put like £50 in to test the water, set up some ad campaigns and see how many impressions/clicks you get. Chances are Google will ring you and give you some advice after a few weeks.

No, Don't put £50 straight in. Go to ebay and buy a £50 coupon for like £10. Sorted. Seo = important. Active and readily available content is what engines like. Hence why I got 5+million cached pages and thousands of hits a day off google alone.
