Grouping server windows in one?

Hi all, i have seen this a long time ago, is there anyone who might have an app which loads and the server windows in one only window in the start menu?

sorry if i wrote it strange.. anyway im trying to hide all the windows which load while opening the server in one only window so that the startmenu stays somehow in order.

Hmm im sure some 1 released an app which hides all the gates etc.. i'll have a lil look around..
