make there be a 7 day cooldown between leaving and being able to rejoin or join another.

You say you wanted to stop this being a two guild server, but whats the difference when its the same ppl in the same guild and moving ppl in and out when they are online?
In the end it's the same people as every other server who will be levels and kit ahead of everyone else because they always have max numbers online because they boot the offliners

7 day is a bit much isn't it? Especially for casual players.

i think this would be viable but perhaps make it so that you cant rejoin the same guild you have already left within a fortnight. that should do it. that way you can change to a different guild if you still want to.
