Guy jumps from level 13 to nearly 78

so i come back after being AFK leveling my pig and see a game message saying Prophet has died and lost 52.1billion exp ,Elfiro has won the experience the guy was level 13 at about 4700th rank instantly up to 487th making him level 77 and 79% I'm a casual player and level as much as i can when I'm on yet would take me 4-5 days to get level 77 atm I'm a level 75 sin how can such a silly thing be added to the server surely something needs to be done to sort it out like a minimum level cap prophet himself said make the minimum level 75ish so that only people 75+ are able to gain the death exp i would also hope you consider majorly lowering the exp gained in the 1st place

I don't play Zircon anymore and only played it for a couple of days but just to check what level is Prophet?

Personally I don't see an issue since it just seems like a method to donate loads of exp to lower levels which can only aid in catching people up. I am sure could even be sold for gold if not just the guy helping someone out or a friend that has joined or maybe even himself if he has created a new char.

If he has worked hard got high level and wants to give away some of that exp I don't see an issue. I know seeing that compared to how long it would take you to get it would be annoying but you could also be in a position to do the same to a lower char to get them 30-40-50ish as well i am sure

I'm a casual player because I have a life Popcorn I don't geek 24/7 like you so when it takes me weeks to level to 75 and a guy goes from level 13 to nearly 78 with 0 time or effort it's just stupid kinda like your pathetic response eh? I've seen a potential issue with people being able to gain crazy exp for nothing so made a post about it with possible ways to fix such a broken feature. And even tho I'm a casual player I do donate to support server etc because I enjoy it so instead of showing how lame you are try give some constructive input with possible ways to fix it

I suppose I try to keep a neutral head when I see posts like this and I can't help but ask.. what is exploitable about this? and is it a feature or a bug in your opinion?

Take your char for example. It is lvl 75 has taken you weeks of hard week and I am guessing this Prophet guy is way higher than that? If you thought hey I am bored of my char I want to create a new one you get let your alt char kill you... gain a massive amount of exp and maybe jump to 40ish i am guessing?

Then the worst damage you could do with your char and this feature is turn your alt char to 70ish but no higher than the 75 because that is what your character is earned so for me I don't see an exploitable bug because you can't make an army of high levels forever you have to tap into your own exp pool meaning you can essentially only trade the exp you have earned can't generate or give what you haven't already earned.

we want players to catch up to the level 75 + area,

So if someone that has rebirthed dies, all the exp of that level then it goes to a random non rebirthed player, there is no exploit.

its completely random. even miners can get it.

in this case someone lost huge amount of EXP. and a lucky low level got it.

your time will come im sure. then when you do get it you will probably do a level or 2.

Do you have to be online when the rebirth player dies to have a chance of gaining that exp?

Yes I'm afraid so otherwise it would be unlikely to get it. Several thounds characters have been made.

Oh.. ok... So I don't work 7 day shifts 24/7 and barely play anything, im only lvl 66 and got to 70 today because of my days off. but no ignore me, you know more about me than I do apparently.

The system is fine, if somebody dies and loses the exp, somebody random gets it. only way to improve it is stop people in sz getting it but that's not fair either if people are active and in sz.

Maybe if you're in sz for longer than 10 minutes you don't get it, I dunno.

Nice only a 1 in 160 chance of getting a shed load of exp if i afk in sz

We plan to try and remove it so if you are wielding a pick axe then you won't receive exp However some low levels might then miss out that are on there main and mining.

To summarise
When a rebirthed player dies to mobs penalty is to be taken back to 0 exp on the same level. It started as losing 3 levels which is too much back to zero isn't a big enough risk for the gains of rebirth.
Letting the rebirther chose who gets the exp or sell would be wrong. It funny that store chars and casuals get the exp.

Like yang on other thread many new chars in game who levelled on snowmen or rebirther deaths. They have no kit no spells and have grind for gold to get what they need
Make rebirthers lost gold as well

There are no fights much pk at GMT peak times.
No one can do anything to the guild that has twice as many players and more buffs. Attack one 6 turn up good guild support but not many other guilds have 6 online at a time

Weeks to level to 75? Sounds like you probably don't know much about the game, 75 should take a few hours if you know what you're doing. It's hard to take input from a guy who barely plays or knows anything about the game. I'm a casual (full time job, partner and doggos) and I'm rebirthed level 79. 50 bill exp isn't much, I'm a poor warrior and I can still do 13-15bill exp per hour despite the 50% exp reduction that is placed on rebirthed players.

Leave your char in sz 24/7 and cross your fingers!
