Half of the ppl can't get into the game

Then once it has been completed close that then open up the mir2exe and should be fine well worked fine for me. Oh and btw i got server offline on patcher aswell so i think its normal.

its a problem from the server because a friend of mine cant login we from same country same city and he keep getting Discotecter and we are at the same ISP so its not from us is from Server

It best not be a simple error like not allowing it in your firewalls, I'm sure they will figure out a fix soon but not much information has been given apart from 'I can't connect'

it fails as soon u click server name it say connecting to game then few seconds later it say disconnected from the server

we get kicked
before u moved to a new host we could get in and even mad chars when u opened it

i have been ingame just before the dossing

and since u moved to a new host i get disconnected from server

so it can not be our computers becouse we got in before

sumhow the new host must block or kick our ip or connection


also not running ne virus scanner or firewall as they only slow computers down

how much information u need ?downloaded patcher on 5 different pcs windows 7 xp 8 vista differenct graphic cards geforce ati and even on differenct direct x i extract the patcher in a direction called cronicles C://cronicles as Admin. After that i start the Patcher load all files. I run mir 2 exe i Pick cronicles it says connecting to the server.... after few seconds disconnected from the server... game is shutting down. If i try to restart the Patcher he want to load all files again once i did it but dont make any difference still dont start. Iam from Germany and i know about 10-15 ppl from germany who cant connect aswell


i tried alt+enter tipp aswell and my exe file is last edited 2.2.14 13:01 utc+1 so 12:01 your time i also tried to change timezone

if u need any more information pm me seems like everyone who cant log in has the same problem


ps: On friday i were on Server for like 1 min till it got shut down (even tho i had the message wrong client version)


so far it seems only ppl from the uk and France are able to login

it is not our computers its the server

Well if it worked for u before n not now i guess we can rulle out pc issues lol.. as i can rule out ip issues or it would affect all 3 pcs not just 1 in the house here.. making things even more confusing x.x :P

The admins have been up all night getting this sorted for today I think they have all gone to get some sleep for a while, the games running fine for the 600 people currently playing though. suggest deleting your whole client then download the latest auto patcher.

Internal ip yes not external i could go manually change the internal ip of my pc to match the one working to check but i highlly doubt that will change anything in all honesty

Well everyone having trouble with 'disconnected' should pm Samuel their global IPs so he can clarify with the hosting company weather or not they deny access to your regions/ISP's

I had the issue of getting either "failed to connect" or "disconnected" from server on 2 pc's 1 was runnin vista sp2 other was win7. Ended up been the .net framework 4.5 for me. I d/l that and it worked straightaway for me. Not saying it will work for u guys but give it a shot. Find help in troublshooting client and patcher

Windows 8.1 * I downloaded 4.5.1 and it said to me it is already installed... *and btw. why i could login and create character on Friday and now not... nothing changed till now except the new client and there new host...
