I'm going out on a limb here and going to make a crazy assumption that "Annoying" isn't a description of what exactly Happy Slapping is, unless it really is THAT lame that you would go out of your way to call just plain annoying someone 'Happy Slapping'.....Then making a video of it.

I'll give you that much credit, for now.
