Has a job!

So its been a while since I've posted here and its all down to me getting a job! I've been working at a company called CapGemini for almost 4weeks now. I'm a 1st line support Incident manager (basically just 1st line support lolol) for HM Revenue & Customs and its pretty sik tbh lol the issues we have to deal with are pretty basic or its to do with their software applications which we have a knowledge database for that but its pretty straight forward aha! congratulations to me! its pretty sik wages for me aswell considering im 17 ^^

Just though id post this... aha has anybody heard of CapGemini? its a pretty big country spread internationally and has its own University in Paris ^^

Be ready for dealing with a lot of grief with regards to CapGemini, before I changed jobs Capgemini was one of our biggest contracts and we had to deal with some stupid people who worked for them. But most of our work came in from Poland, when they changed their support for LBC from the UK to Poland.

Also be ready for changing roles a lot, as I here they are very good at switching what you do at a moments notice.
