Has anyone got new Spells working?

Just wondering, cus after translating and fixing the new sever download I though I would try the new spells.. But It seems that I still can’t get spells to work.. All I can do is cast a few of them (Resurrection, new teleport, Some blessed armour look-a-likes) but spells have no actual effect.

For a while I thought I was getting somewhere until I swapped back to the older version and found not difference in magic. I’ve also tried a few other thing with new sever and magic, and still no luck!

Anyone made new spells work?

P.s I think you pick new magic’s by Magic ID..eg. 104 = New teleport

only realy new spell ive seen working is that dragonfist or tornado with modified 2004 server.exe and a new mir4.exe...its an heavy hitting area effect lvl 37 wizard spell which will hurl around mobs besides doin damage
some of them newer mob magics r working 2

Just wondering if the files I’ve got are really the new Files or maybe I just can’t figure it out.
Been messing around for ages now and still no change. Precise teleport still teleports you but doesen’t update your position client side, The Dragon thing still doses nothing.
I notice that if you take one of the normal spells like Hellice and replace all the values, except the magicID, the spell still works but has a different effect. Now, logically thinking, if I take the values of another spell like icstorm and place values under Dragon magic, it should have some sort of effect, But it doesn’t. So I’m wondering if I’ve got it all wrong or I’m wasting my time with the wrong files.

What would help me work this out is if someone would give me the values for one of the new spell that are meant to work with new files

What I was after was the text file that came with the new .EXE as this should tell us what has been done - great it has a new mob magic working but which one?

DragonPunch Works fine (all the spells worked on screen anyhow but did nothing) but i dont see this as a advancement if just one spell does some damage and yet again its a wizzy spell - i would rather have a warrior spell working to be honest.

For exmaple they said a while back that there was a new summon for TAO at 45 - but i cannot find it anywhere in the server myself.

So aprt from DragonPunch working - has anybody worked out anything else - for exmaple been the new mob magic (numbers) or summon for lvl 45 tao and so forth...

I cant really see the advantage with the new server files then… unless people are just keeping things close to there chests :( it would be nice if, even they didn’t wanna say how, people would say if they have new wiz/war/tao spells working (Without BS).. just wanna know if I’m wasting my time

…I was thinking back and … I remember a spell in mir2 to that didn’t work, come to think of it, it acts like the broken precise teleport in mir3 <- useless info lol

I cant say off the top of my head.. I’ve lost my magic db.. but here’s how to find it:

In the magic DB add magIDs 42 to 52 , 54 to 104, 106 to 150 with anything in MagName (make name unique) and any value in rest of fields (Just copy fireball values and past ). And test spells a couple at a time!

That’s what I had to do to find all magic!
