Other Has anyone seen high-definition maps like these in Chinese MIR2?

Has anyone seen HD maps like these in Chinese MIR2? It seems many map editors and game engines are unable to recognize or read their MAP files. Is there any map editor that can open and view these MAP files?

If you have an example and the images assets for these I'd happily try wire them up onto my server. It's currently a test realm atm.
