Having more exp gained from one mob

Hi,

i need help for this but i dreamed it last night, not joking, really dreamed it.
im not really sure if it can be done but with the help of the quest commands is it possibile to kill a quest mob and when he die he spawns other 5-6 mobs with 0 Hp and with wrong Appr so that they all die when they spawn and they will be invisible to allow the character/s who killed it to gain the quest mob exp and also the exp of the 5-6 mobs?

lol hope someone understands what i mean.. anyone have an idea if it can work?

basicly a reincarnating mob. it dies, it spawns other mobs, after they die other mobs spawn.

so the person that killed the first mob gets a f**k load of exp. yeah?

without playing arround and testing, it wold happen all the time, making it a serious exploit.

have a look and see what can be done, but ime kinda busy doing what i do :)

Why not have it trigger the spawning of say 30 exp mobs ? :O

The reason to not do 30 mobs or so is cos this cant be done, im pretty sure that mobs that spawn with 0HP will still live, and even if they did die instantly the Person who killed the first mob would not get the EXP as they would have no claim to it. Its possible to make a mob spawn others (in the case of ZT) if u want fun find you Setup.txt and change the names of all the Zuma's In there to Zumataurus and watch him reproduce lol

I meant why not have the completion of the quest triggering a room full of exp hens :)

Much easier...

im pretty sure that mobs with nothing written in the hp column will die when they spawn but as u correctly said i also think that the player will not have any exp from them since the mobs arent claimed by him..

i need to reinstall of this mir files and see wth can be done... i hate this.. i told myself i would have been leaving but im here again with this legend of mir..

whilst making my db's i left most of the entries blank. after defining their stats a little more appart from hp, it results in a bug.

the mob will just stand there, you can hit it like a trainer and it will not die.

but it will dissappear after a few seconds/mins depending on the hex in the m2server.exe

you can setup a npc so when players teleport into the cave it will trigger spawns all over the place, i have done this for a quest on my server.

When you've killed the main boss \ mob for quest make it drop something. Put a NPC in the same room that tele's you to the exp cave (have to have the item to use NPC) and can only do it once?

You can make the mob the same as ZT and set it to spawn mobs that have like 100hp and 64k exp. That way the char has to hit them once but he will also get the exp.
