Can this be looked into to cut through magic shield? It is supposed to ignore all defences like a warriors thrust does.

Thrust ignores AC AMC and Shield.

This would give sins a better chance as trying to kill a wizard with shield up, at the moment, they don't stand a chance when all their damage is absorbed, and can be killed in 2 FF's.

Heavenly Sword DOES ignore defences, in the same way that thrust does. Shield is a defence. Thrust cuts through shield.

To be honest, this would only very barely help sins take down wizzies, as they'd still need to get ridiculously close and also have to line up to aim it.

I think it's a reasonable suggestion though.

The cooldown on HeavenlySword is probably less than FF anyway, but gives them a better chance of attack, since their damage only tickles people through shield.

Like you said, you need to line it up for it to hit them.
