Hi people as you may know im working on a 2.3 server Infinity but im haveing a few probs so i thort why not bring Heavensent back,

I have a spear PC here doing nothing & so what you think should i & dont think what the point ull just be wipeing soon for 2.3 well know ill work out some way of paying you in Infinity for the time on HeavenSent or i could just keep HeavenSent up as well,

Well im going to work on HeavenSent :P try & remmber what's in it lol & fix & add things ill leave this post to you & if you wont ill bring HeavenSent back tomorow along with a forum.​

May aswell bring it back, spice up leos server list abit.

And if you wait, i am sure someone will create a DB converter which will allow you to convert ALL 1.9 DB's to 2.3. ^^

Just got a few things to sort...


Set up Spear pc & send all files to that
Sort out router to allow server
Some small updates & bug Fixes (will be done while server is up)
Remmber what i put in the server lol

It went down each week for a IP change but last time it was running off my main PC,

Now i have a new pc & my old one is just siting here so my plan is to install the files on a freshley installed OS hook it up to my routter & start ther server then plug my tft keyboard & mouse back to my main pc & leave the server pc alone in a dark room :P ,

The server pc will be up 24/7 inless power cut or something elce out of my controal.

Server forums will be posted here 2morow (06-1-07) afternoon along with the server client download The server will go up around 7-8pm (All being Well)

The First wek of the server being up will be BETA this is for a few updates & bug fixing all being well the server will NOT have a wipe but if something big dose go wroung then the server will have a wipe.

lookin at the other post it looks like a slow lvlin / low stat server? =l

start lvl11 with x3 exp lol :s

cba with servers that gonna take u a month 2 get lvl40 =x

It would be nice if you can get server up today since there are nearly no decent 1.9servers out there but i wanted to ask you if this server is short/long-term...I hope its long-term since exp seems quite low and would require much efford to actually START enjoying the server so it would suck to bring it down after a week...

About ur 2.3server i would suggest you dont bother at the time since:
1.Couple BIG servers are about to come out like DC and RZ so there is a high chance ur usercount will be low.

2.It requires too much efford while in 1month or so with some new releases it will be 10x easier to set up a server the way u like it.

I would put it back up asap but i really need to figger out how to run through my router & look through the files again iv not been on Hs files in a very long time.

It isent hard to level might seem it but ther server did have a few 45+ chars when it was up last.

might be worth making a back up of heaven sent as it stands, changing it to make it easyer (short term server)
then letting ppl play for a little while while they wait on the 2.3 server?

then as you have a back up after you have 2 finished fully working servers you can see whats best, keep two up or what not.

on a personaly note, i never played Hs befor and it looks like a long term server, no other servers up atm that are not long term, and no 2.3 servers what so ever so a mess about server i think would be great ^_^

*imo times the exp by 10, divide the drops by 10 and let us all have a bash while we wait for the very much antisipated 2.3 server ^_____^*

Just on the server pc now for some reson i carnt get into my router & the client cd isent working >.< i have the data file but i dont know if that upto daye & the map file is in the server files so i have that.
