Hell cave help

Please can somone tell me what map is the hellcave boss room. I have hell00, hell01, hell02, hell03 but where does hell03 lead to.

There's more hell maps, I forget which is the KR. After hell03 i think comes hell101 and so on.

Thats right i have those maps 101 and all that but there frozen temple they have ice. Does hell cave lead to frozen temple then?

Where does the door go behind the boss in the image you posted. If you run across the bridge theres a door. Thx for reply btw

On torozor we used to have an npc at the birdge which teleported you across and the boss used to spawn at that door looking thing.
