Ive been busy on a mir3 server but i keep getting some sort of errors.

This is what i get.

What does that mean in the M2Server does any 1 no at all because its been pissing me off.

I still get that error =/.
all IPS been put back to mine and its only that 1 error i get =/.
but when i change it to 127.0.0.1 i get all of that.

then your majorly doing something wrong. and you've missed out some ips. follow the guide and u wont have a problem.

your korean dir in setup is wrong, it should point to the mud3 folder, so in your case c:\mir3\mud3

it may well do m8. But mine points to the mud3 folder, its the only way those files would run for me without certain errors. He could always it and if it don't work then he hasn't lost anything.

127.0.0.1 for sql ip's for sure... and that's not the only place to put 127.0.0.1... there's tbl_selectgateips, tbl_pubips, dbserver ini, 3 gate ini's... and crueldragon.ini

i dont see why ppl just dont relese some server files that aint hard to sort out.

people work hard to translate their server files, they spend their own time doing it. why should we release them when people will only complain more. how hard is it to follow a guide?

well ive followed the guide and it aint working.

then u obviously havnt followed it. 2,524 views of the serverfiles thread, and only 2-3 people have a problem with the files, all who try and rush to get their server up and make silly mistakes.

just do EXACTLY what the guide says. use the ip it tells you to, put the files in the directory it tells you to. FOLLOW THE GUIDE.

ive followed the guide like 500000000000000000 times and it ait working.
ive delete files downloaded new 1s still get the ****ty error

i had a few errors like taht so i re read the guide i noticed i had "missed" a few things out, go back and check EVERYTHING i have got mine up n running perfectly fine (CD Files)(Thanks to help from kaori and farril luv them 2 tbh)

i found i got an error if i didnt put a \ on the end of all my directories in the !setup.txt

also try using kaoricrypt instead of the didgy thing it comes with his/her one is much better imo

when i had my map folder ut in rong it said the exception there, i noticed the eception comes after an error :P and in my case the filename for maps be d:\mir3server\map\

yourse is summin like c:\mir3\map\ remeber the back slahs then it might work hope it helps if not i wasted 10mins talkin out of my arse and completely wasted ur time reading this good luck tho

Also from Pearls screenshots his Databases are setup for King, ashe has followed the guide for it, if your using CD change the database names to Hero3g and Game3g.

ive been useing CD and ive made it so it has Hero3g as DB and Game3g but i keep getting that ****ty error.
ive done what Mir3mist said. still dint work.

Have you set up ODBC to match the Database names?
