[Help] Computer Upgrade!

Hey my little brother is in need of an upgrade for his pc to play wow and not lag while in battle/towns ect

Current specs are

P4 single core 3.0ghz (runs at 100% when playing wow)
1GB DDR2 RAM
256MB N videa Graphics Card (Not 100% sure what model but its a few years old now, Wow recommend 128mb gfx atleast so not sure if its this thats the problem)
Standard 160gb HDD

Have about £100 to spend i was thinking of maybe getting a motherboard bundle Intel dual core with intergrated graphics and 2GB ram.

Any ideas?

Which would do for an upgrade, The intergrated graphics probly wouldnt run the game too well, but i could try the old 256mb n video card he has if so.

upgrade to 2gb or more, grafi card if its PCI-E try go for something like Gforce 7900 GTO + 9900 (recomended) for games to date. for cheapness

maybe 350+ hard drive summit like seagate or westerndig pick them round bout 20-40 incl vat on most websites there a link with few on my thread under the compter help topic

mainly focus on gfx card,ddr ram,and also clean pc out with compressed air
