You have the wrong interface files - looks like you using the ones from sting 3g. Try some different ones - im not sure what gives that look.
This is the full client aparently so it should be everything you need.

He has posted on Sting3G's forum about this issue and insists he already has this client. I know this is a working client as I am using it myself. We have suggested it may be related to his video card... any quick fixes? (In a way that people who are not techno's can understand).

The tiles missing are all from GameInter.wil/wix - so as a First guess this is what should be checked and replaced with a known good copy. Next you need to get the latest drivers & Direct-X 9c installed and see what happens.
Maybe to make sure, why not set the colour range to 16 bit (as Opposed to 32bit) and run it in a Window Mode to see what happens.
I have tested the client on Both Nvidia cards (latest) and ATI (9600) and the only thing that was a bit weird was the ATI managed to have a black border around the boxes when in town - solved this by going into advanced settings.

i got a AT Radeon 9550 and everytime i minimize mir3 it gets all messed up, names get bugged all the minimap is just invisible and other stuff happens. You know how to fix this?

As I said you have two choices really:
You can switch your Desktop colours to 16 Bit and made the game run Windowed mode.
You can try Oemga Drivers or go into the advanced control panel of ATI and try and few different settings.
The Only problem I ever had with ATI Cards is the black Border around the pop up boxs (yours are invisible) when I am in town - I dont feel the need to Alt Tab out of the game and even if I do, it seems to work fine.
If you google ATI & Mir3, you will see many people have a similar problem - did you get the LATEST Drivers for your card? Are you sure you are using ATI drivers and not WIndows Update ones?
