Short answer.. as of now it's impossible, it's Shanda owned fnt file, completely custom made and not a normal typical fnt file which can't be edited or re made, i belive the woool.dat reads it as a font config file and if they don't match with each other it won't work so it's not just simply editing the fnt file.
You can try using BMFont to re make the fnt file which i think is possible if you get the settings matched.
