Help I'm having trouble with mobs and NPC

Problem 1: I got mobs on my Mir Server. I'm trying to kill them and they won't die at all, they attack but they won't die. I no that it ain't coz theyre 2 strong because I tried to kill a hen on my GM char but it still wasn't dead when I left it to sort somthing.

Problem 2: Whenever I put my mouse above a NPC they just vanish and come back but as soon as my mouse is put above them they vanish again.

If anyone has any ideas how to sort this I'll try anything.

restart server....make sure all ur maps r in caps and the vashing is from where ur lagging for the mom....or just restart serv

Im not entirely sure but does the NPC.wil have a seperate view of the npc for when mouseover or not. Its probably not this but if it is your NPC.wil is corrupt.

the NPC are working when theres no mobs i think my mobs files mite be rong or sumfing. so i took um off until i can find out the problem.

I've seen this problem before in less scale, but I thought it was down to lag. Try getting a new copy of your mongen.txt, and please state the specs of ur PC and hosting line.
