HELP!!! login server!

My login server does not seem to connect to the database anymore. I have made a char yesterday but on char select it wldnt login..I THINK i have fixed that...

But now on login server i cannot find any accounts or make any..i cld yesterday tho :S

ok STILL got that problem...Login Server still cant see account or make them...i checked DB...THEY ARE THERE!!!!

but now when i try to login instead of saying nothing it says.. 'USER ID IN USE'....i just loaded server LMAO no1 on it...and its offline anyhoo

ok thers something odd bout ur login gate it should just be the two brackets touching each other rather then having the $$ in between. Have you made sure the ips are correct etc all the basic stuff?

yup all Ip's are fine, and that $$ has now gone :S

Check all the config files, use the idiots guide with it shuld fix the prob m8.

I got a simalar problem where it would not log in, I think it is best to restart the db like on mir 2 when it goes corrupt. try that m8
