Only a complete idiot would run thier SQL server with no password if you will let anyone else connect to it.

Set your SQL server to Mixed Authentication by doing the following

1. Open Enterprise manger
2. Expand the tree until you can see your computer (should have local beside it)
3. Right Click on the computer and choose properties from the menu
4. Select the security tab at the top.
5. Ensure that the SQL Server & windows radio button is selected.
6. Select your computer in Enterprise manger's left hand pane.
7. In the right hand pane you should see a folder called security... Double click it.
8. Now you should see a Logins option double click it.
9. In right hand pane you will see an account called "sa" right click and choose properties.
10. Set the password you want for your "sa" account (read the first line of this post again you are not an idiot are you ?)

If you go down the changing to windows user password remember you will need to enter them details in the relevant ini files and dbserver config.

that looks like you have set the rong directory for your maps. go into !setup.txt and make sure everything is to the right path (usually C:\mud3\ and maps C:\program files\WEMADE entertainment\mir3\map\)
